happy new year!!

woah..din noe i will come and update at such a weird time..haha..in e middle of the week some more..but den guess i quite long haven update le..hope everyone still alrite ba? hmm..me been quite busy recently..

anyway..ever since orientation ended..made a lot of new frens..after all..this is wat orientation is for rite? haha..a general comment about the juniors this year is that they r very hardworking leh..haha..oni 1st 4 weeks oni and every recess or break i come down canteen i see many of them doing homework..haha...when i was a j1..i din even care wat was homework!! eh..but come to think of it..i dun care homework now also..still have the same feeling towards it.. haha..

anyway..had a couple of small tests recently..still doing ok lo..i hope can improve a bit..o yar speaking about tests tml have one physics quiz..wish me luck!

ok..so the long CNY break is coming in around 3 days..cool rite? haha..get to go relative house and bai nian and get hongbaos!! more money!! haha.. and also got good food..reunion dinner! wah..looking towards it desperately..*drooling* wah so long since i had proper meal lo..the most proper one recently is canteen food liao..4gt when was my proper dinner..haiz..i think since that time i went wif mummy and daughter eat sushi den dun have le..haha

o no..internet connection breaking soon.. think i gotta go le..but den b4 i do..juz wanna say that i felt quite happy about getting in touch wif some frens who i have not been contacting in a while..maybe due to busy sch life..pple like ting ting..qi qi..fang fang..and how can i 4gt mummy and daughter? haiz..i guess they been busy too..=( we have not meet for some time le..and SBL? also..=(..everyone busy

orientation~~ pioneerock

ok..have time to blog a bit about orientation 06 " island of pioneerock " haha..o..it was a very successful orientation to me cause i had fun..im sure my og did too! haha..

of cuz as usual..1st 2 days or so was not too hyper yet..i mean..natural de rite? 1st day nothing much to say la..basically juz talk and talk and more talk about subject stuff and combinations..o but i listened to some of it and found that this year syllabus quite different from ours sia..for ours we can take pure science or pure humans combi..like triple science..but from their batch onwards..they have to take a so called "constrasting" subject to their combinations..meaning if they take science combi they have to take an arts subjects..and vice versa..quite taxing in my view..somemore got the H2 H1 stuff..stress!!

1st day my og still very quiet..haha..initially when i was preparing myself mentally for the orientation i told myself that upon 1st look at my og..i think the gals will be more difficult to get them to enthu..but guess wat..it turned out that the guys r the prob...

from around 2nd day onwards (cause we played ice-breaker games) i noe all their names liao..den i found that actually the gals quite enthu leh..no prob..but the guys like very act cool like that stand one side refuse to cheer..haha..i ask my other ogls and they also said the same thing for their og group..dunno y..haha..i tried my very best lo..in fact i think by end of 2nd day i lost my voice liao..den everyday when i regain back some of it i go sch den shout den no more again..haha...but the gals not bad...have to say some names here..particularly winnie..nicole..yun jun..seow ken..tanya..gwen...wan xian..belinda.. they all not bad leh..will shout de...

haha..and being an ogl is one of the 1st time in my life that i get to lead pple..i admit im not a natural leader la..in fact those who noe me will agree that im more of a follower than a leader..wah but this time pioneerock ar i lead the whole clan leh in cheering..quite nice also..cause got one time when my clan's so called leader was busy..den we have to teach them the cheers..den in e end i was the one teaching them and leading them in cheering..it is an impressive feeling lo when u hear their response..finally get to feel wat it is like to lead..like leading an army like tt..haha

shall not go into small boring details of the orientation..but basically it was not bad...we din get muddy in e end cause that day it rained den we played wet weather programmes.. but we did get wet cause the wet weather programmes was water bombs! haha..

o yar and about the finale..the atmosphere was reli cool...actually wanted to have campfire de but lao tian bu zhuo mei...rained in e evening..so in e end have to have a "campfire" in e hall..there was fire however...from the candles that the student councillors lit up...and a fan blowing the strings as if fire burning upwards..haha..we had lots of cheering and performance by every clan..my clan ( o 4gt to intro my clan... Elkins ) performed a bollywood style dance..u noe those indian kinda modern dance? very cute lo! haha... gal and guy den gal play hard to get den guy chase chase den in e end happy ending..it was cool...e whole sch also had mass dance and fun dance...haha.."lets get loud" and "it's time to disco" haha..

overall it left a deep impression in me la..i think im gonna remember it like i had my PSI orientation when i 1st came into pioneer...10 yrs down the road...it's gonna be a memory in me..in fact..i spent half my bday in sch teaching those ogs the dance steps for their finale performance..but i never regret it..haha...some of the graduates and j2 came and crash oour finale too! in fact i saw my ogls...the ones that lead us when we were in j1 in 2005...haha..it's like generation after generation..i use to be an og under them..now im following their path as ogl..now den i realise..making pple enthu is reli not an easy job..haha..can understand their feelings last time..

new year!

new year le!! haha..been so busy that i got no time to touch the com..so oni come and update now..2 weeks into the new year liao..haha..one thing that i enjoyed is orientation 06!! life at pioneerock!

have so much to say abt the orientation lo..haha..1st time being an ogl..err..how many times we get anyway?? haha..leading an orientation group is pretty fun..they all look so cuddily..dunno y use this word but think this year's batch all cute cute de..the guys quite handsome la..also got some cute ones..e gals all very small size den like very si wen like tt..haha

anyway shall make this a short entry cause i haven got much time..err..i think shall talk more about orientation next time..anyway..7 jan last saturday was my bday!! happy bday to me! many pple celebrated it wif me though..must thank them all here..xie le xie le da jia! reli had a very fun and memorable bday this year..keke..wah now can legally buy beer and smoke le..mummy and daughter *wink wink* haha..
